PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh by QingFa is the only wire mesh fabric in the world specifically engineered for ocean use; designed to withstand the harshest sub-sea conditions. PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh is manufactured from high-grade premium steel that is hot-dip galvanized after welding with a thick layer of zinc that completely surrounds the weld to prevent the steel from corroding. The wire is then covered with our proprietary marine grade PVC coating that is fuse-bonded to the wire forming a protective layer that adheres to the wire and will not peel or strip in salt water environments. PVC Coated Welded Wire Mesh has also been proven to resist algae and fouling especially when used for aquaculture applications.
